Holding over 30 years of real estate industry experience, Larisa Falcon brings an unwavering dedication to her clients, a vast professional network and far-reaching market expertise to Coldwell Banker Realty, Scottsdale. Throughout her years in the business, Larisa has built a network of peers, affiliates, clients and vendors who value her detailed understanding of the real estate process and her in-depth market knowledge.

Representing both buyers and sellers, Larisa specializes in the luxury residential market, equestrian properties, vacation homes, luxury rentals, investment properties, residential resale and new homes sales. Licensed in both Arizona and Colorado, Larisa assists clients looking to transition between the desert and mountain lifestyles.

Larisa's love of real estate was implanted at an early age as she worked alongside her father, a custom home builder, in the family business. Growing up in Whitefish, Montana, Larisa would assist on job sites over the summer break, from helping to install a roof to picking out finishes for spec homes. She earned her real estate license in 1994, working as an agent and title rep and then for a new home builder selling projects throughout Scottsdale and Phoenix. Her career took her to Illinois, where she worked as a sales manager for a luxury home builder, then to Colorado where she built and launched a successful real estate business from the ground up. Along with her busy real estate career, Larisa owned and ran a horse boarding facility and several luxury vacation rentals. This experience provided her with an in depth understanding and expertise in horse properties and vacation homes.

Larisa attended Montana State University before transferring to Arizona State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She has extensive sales and real estate training and has won multiple sales achievement awards. She volunteers her time at her daughter's school for fundraisers and events benefitting the Xavier College Preparatory Mothers Guild. She has supported several organizations in the past, including Big Brother Big Sister, Golden Gate Guild, Girls on the Run and the Pebble Beach Riding and Trails Association. When not out touring homes with her clients, Larisa can be found spending time with her two daughters, riding her horse and skiing. She also enjoys playing tennis, practicing yoga and mountain biking.
